Greet the day atop our meditation platform, where the first light paints Mont Blanc in gold. Our dawn meditation combines breathwork, silent sitting, and the ancient practice of receiving the sun's wisdom. Led by our resident meditation teacher, this hourly experience is the heart of daily life at The Alpine Retreat.
